If you try and get a quote online it is a nightmare, it asked for model of bike but wouldn't recognise Honda, it is i think geared to force people to call

No issues at all, received the most competive quote for my old Honda VFR1200. Unfortunately had a crash about a year and half later and had no dramas at all with the process. Claims officer got in touch several times during the process and was paid out relatively quickly. Cannot fault the service either.
