Fabulous service - thought out of the box to meet the tight deadlines I had and rang the Melbourne warehouse to source the bath I wanted, ensured it was shipped on the correct day so it arrived on site in Queensland on time. Not often you see this level of customer focus and service. Pricing was excellent as well.

Firas supplied us all bathroom items to complete our 3 bathroom full renovation. I must say that Firas has been supporting us every step of the way from start to finish. There were minor issues with some of the items but Firas has always been there to provide best customer service, such as items getting replace on time. He is also very knowledgeable and trustworthy individual. He provides triple AAA customer service along with competitive pricing. Excellent customer service, super helpful and spend quality time with clients.Very large product range, high quality material. As a renovator I find this store has a variety that would pretty much suit any budget and most client needs.Even the budget PC items are of high quality. Would recommend and definitely would be a return buyer and of the stores I'd recommend to my clients.Location is pretty central so does service many different suburbs.

Initially indicated 10 days delivery due to Covid, actually took 6 weeks after weekly requests from me via email or call for an update. Was informed one Monday morning via voice mail my delivery was on its way. Luckily I work from home so was able to accept delivery.Vanity was the WRONG COLOUR despite the coloured photo on the box showing what was inside. It was replaced the next day but the sales guy refused to take away the original delivery. Its still here 2.5 weeks later.Discovered the undermounted SINKS ARE MOUNTED THE WRONG WAY. This was denied by Firanza even though It is opposite to my other vanity ordered from Firanza and after I consulted with a local bathroom place how a undermount sink with 1 side curved and 1 side flat should be mounted which confirmed my original sink was correctly mounted and the new sink was not. I asked for the owner Firas to contact me directly. NOTHING. Left a voice call 7 days later. NOTHING. 11 days since my last message no correspondence from this company at all.I have same vanity, same stone top in 2 bathrooms with mismatched undermounted sinks. One is wrong then. You cant have it both ways Firanza.
