Vani was exceptional. She was attentive and very friendly. It was the first time I got a wax and she made sure that I felt comfortable, and was patient and caring with the whole process. Vani is the absolute best. She is very gentle and meticulous with her threading and makes sure you leave the salon feeling completely satisfied. I have finally found the best brows salon in Melbourne. I was so unhappy with the shape of my brows before she transformed them. She is also an absolute sweetheart and provides a wholesome customer experience. Her waxing services are also top notch. She has a very gentle hand and the waxing experience has always been great. Highly recommended!
