I would highly recommend Chess Moving to anyone who wished for the very best in furniture removal and storage . Delightful staff who showed the greatest care and respect to our goods.

After weeks of online trawling searching for interstate removalists, we were about to sign up with another company when my daughter casually mentioned Chess Moving. Prior to this, I had never even heard of them. With a little trepidation, I made the call which led me to their Manager, Jonathan Roberts. The consultation went smoothly, all our questions answered and insurance explained in detail. Jonathan organised boxes for us to take home with us, even offering more packaging materials which we already had. Jonathan then explained that from that point on, we would be dealing with Jacqueline Opperman, our move consultant. She was equally efficient, took the time to address any concerns and guided us all throughout with pick up delays, vehicle transport, etc. We are now at the end of this seamless process. Our belongings arrived just ten days after they were collected. Our vehicles were delivered at precisely the date cited by the car carrying company. If there are prospective customers out there worried about damage to items - take our experience as a fine example of how Chess Moving operate: I collect vintage Xmas glass baubles. I had a pack of a dozen of these in their original box which I packed with butchers paper and bubble wrap. They arrived intact, not one smashed at all. Now, if Chess Moving can deliver a dozen fragile, glass balls perfectly, then they are the best people around to handle one’s solid furnishings ! Keep up the brilliant work, CM. We recently moved 2 containers with Chess using the Perth office. This review is really important because we did have one issue. We understand that issues can arise especially when moving 2 whole houses. The crucial point, is that Chess were highly communicative. equipped and willing to deal with the issue more than adequately. They provided an excellent result for us speedily.
