Machines are dirty and filled with pet hair. Machines seem to break down on a regular basis and today the pay touch pad machine also wasn’t working. Will not be going back

Did not wash, used 3 machines all laundry came out dirty.Guessing the detergent had run out.Modern, clean and tidy laundrette but with machines that don't wash clothes!Sent message to owners got no response!
