Renegade Grappling
My daughter started here a few months ago and to say the change in her has been transformational would be an understatement. She has thrived under the patient guidance of both Justin and Nadine and has developed a passion and skill for this sport that I never realised possible. Her confidence, composure, focus and fitness have exponentially improved and she has found her lane". I could not recommend this sport or this school highly enough if you want to give your kids a true life skill and integrate them into a positive and supportive community."

I’ve been to a number of grappling gyms over the years, and I can honestly say I’ve never found a place like Renegade.The culture is inviting and friendly to beginners, whilst also teaching Jiu Jitsu systems that allow the more experienced athlete to level up.You only need one session here to experience the culture they’ve developed.

Great gym for competitors and non-competitors alike. Renegade has a team culture that makes those of all skill levels feel included as well as invested in the improvement of others. There is plenty of mat space and they are always kept clean.It's absolutely the best gym on the Sunshine Coast.

One of the most impressive aspects of Renegade Grappling is its exceptional attention to detail, both trainers are well equipped with the knowledge of bjj and the techniques taught are insane, the group at Renegade Grappling are like a family very nice group and well respected. If anyone is looking to learn brazilian ji jitsu and self defence I recommend Renegade Grappling.

Awesome gym with a great team culture. Staff are super knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Class sizes are small which is a massive bonus - you learn far more than in other gyms I've been to where there can be anywhere from 15-40 people in a class. Renegade is a great gym if you are thinking about competing as well, but also just a great place to go to get fit and meet some lovely people. Highly recommend checking out the gym. You will not be disappointed!
