Do NOT allow this business to manage your property! I am an unlucky neighbour of one of the properties they manage. We have been putting up with months and months of arguments and disruptive behaviour from their tenant. Thrive failed to take appropriate action when the issues were first brought to their attention in October 2022. Thrive chose to wait till the lease expired instead of taking action to evict their bad tenant. The lease has now expired (6 Jan 2023) but daily arguments and fighting continues. Thrive allowed the tenant to stay at the property for more than 10 days after the lease expired. They have no sympathy for neighbours who have been putting up with this for months. Not to mention, the property damage that the owner will have to pay to repair. As a landlord myself, I have zero confidence in the capability of Thrive Property management and would NEVER trust them to manage my properties.

Thrive are by FAR the best real estate agent in Darwin. The whole team are professional, polite and go above and beyond to ensure their tenants are looked after. Nicole is the best property manager we have had in 20 years of renting - having moved again we are now dealing with another sub-par real estate and missing the ladies at Thrive terribly! Thank you for being such great people :)

They are a small, boutique agency, so you can expect a personable, friendly, and time-efficient assistance from them.
