Any item will take months to deliver. Staffs have clearly no idea on anything. The owner will make you wait for days before she calls back and if you are in store then owner will just keep on chit chatting on priority with someone rather then helping their staffs and showing them how billing works.

Wobbling dining table Fraser. Rubish service. One of the sales there ridiculously says it is reasonable for a table this big 2.4m*1.2m to wobble!!!! ???? I spend more than 2000 dollars to get a table to wobble? She wants to aggressively brainwash me that the product is fine and it is because I am not used to a timber table. What a disgraceful person.

I like Oz Design Furniture as much of the furniture is designed locally but made in China to reduce costs.

Rude staff. Will never shop here. So many other options in walking distance.

Waited 8 months for a sofa and had to follow up on progress each time forecast delivery date passed.No care, no customer service!

Unfortunately, product quality is poor. The buffet I purchased had uneven coating. A section of it is visibly lighter than the rest and also feels not as smooth. There is also another problem with the drawers, when opening it from its completely closed position, the whole buffet almost moves, because the mechanism locks it in too hard. After speaking with OZ Design, they advised that it is not a manufacturing fault and cannot assist. After reaching out to my bank to do a credit card charge-back and also Fair Trading, they eventually offered a full refund including delivery. The positive with OZ Design is that even though it took eight months to resolve the matter, the customer service team has already been polite in their emails.

Stay away from these thugs please. Absolutely rubbish products and rubbish service.I ordered a bunting buffet table from them which was faulty. They accepted the issue and agreed to replace the product. The next one and the next one and the next one all came faulty. How can you deliver faulty products 4 times in a row! They have absolutely no quality control in place. For the last 5 months I have been very patient with them to bring resolution to this problem. But enough is enough, I have given them enough chances and wasted my time and energy in organising delivery, stayed at home for delivery, cleared the massive packaging. OzDesign if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. You guys are a rip off.

As an Interior Designer & Decorator I am appalled with Oz Design. One of my clients purchased the wrong size rug inadvertently and because it was unrolled" and "purchased online" it was not exchangeable for the correct size even though it was new and never walked on. I escalated the issue to management and they couldn't even be bothered to call me - the response was pretty much "too bad for you not interested". A warning to all customers and all designers this company is only interested in the sale - not the clients

they delivered a side table, which was full of mould and had a sharp screw in it. When contacted the customer care team, they advised this issue is normal and we are dealing with it everyday! When I insisted for updated they just hung up on me. Unbelievable! If you have concerns about safety of your family do not approach these Neanderthals!

Atrocious customer service. Placed an order a month ago on a product I was told was brand new. Was told maximum wait would be 10 days. I have chased up staff numerous times and left messages which have gone ignored. I finally spoke to someone today who tried to get me to call back again, and after voicing my frustration with the whole thing, he decided to follow up my order. Finally, I get told the product is discontinued! Originally I was told it was brand new. Regardless, appalling experience overall. They could have called me weeks ago to tell me stock was no longer available or at the very least, returned my call to acknowledge me.
