My child had been prescribed antibiotics which we went to get filled at this pharmacy. The pharmacist on duty noticed that the dosage was far too high for a child. They took the time to ring the GP that had written the script, look up the Royal Childrens Hospital dosing guidelines and even worked out the correct dosage themselves. They then very kindly informed me they couldn’t dispense the medication because it was the wrong dose. I never would have known to check the dosage and my child would have become very ill had they taken the medication as prescribed. I am so grateful that pharmacist was observant and patient enough to pick up that error.

The customer service here used to be exceptional. My last experience was hurried and curt from some members of staff. I try to be pleasant and respectful as a customer. I expect the same in return. Hoping they will start to do better.
