When you're looking in the window and have collected a copy of the local sales magazine why are you ignored. I understand the safe annominity as a customer in not being approached, but as a highly trained sales person I cannot understand the lack of opportunity not taken albeit a 'cold call' by a receptionist who knows I'm there and perhaps might gain a precious lead.
