Had a piece of cheese cake last week it was horrible, had a very bland flavour, stale I think. Same with an oat biscuit I had previously eaten there the week before. Don't think I will be eating there in the future!!!

Very bad !Don't eat here !Stuffed up our coffee order.Vanilla slice was not fresh and when I took it back to the manager, he became defensive and obusive.Poor customer service

Sorry to say this store used to be really good but today we were very disappointed. Didn't take our order accurately, (saying sandwiches" is pretty clear)

Very poor customer service, muffin was put in upside down leaving all the topping stuck to the bag. I asked for another one, but was told no. While I was waiting for times, I noticed a sale for 4 muffins for $17. I asked nicely if I could please pay the difference and get another 2 muffins, but was told no as it has already been ran through the till.

very dissapointing the staff are slow and have no customer service qualities no smile or anything they all look like they just woke up...one girl always checking her phone and leaning on counter even had to let her know the serviettes were empty... coffee was nice, sandwiches stale and oatmeal biscuits were not nice as they usually are I noticed that they are much smaller than they use to be and big price rise now being $5 each... poor service poor customer service... I hope the service and quality improve soon...

I've been going here for many years and always experienced first class service from the staff, and excellent coffee. They are friendly and efficient, which is a great achievement given the high volume of customers they serve.The poor reviews are obviously by people who have nothing better to do than trash hard-working, decent people.. It seems they did not even approach staff and give them an opportunity to resolve the problem.If someone here did make a mistake then give them the benefit of some basic kindness and simply ask them to fix the problem for you. Everyone makes mistakes occasionally.Personally I think these reviews are petty.
