I got a space for storage today and Kylie was very helpful in showing me the space and the process. The phone call I had with Mark earlier in the week was great too. Excellent service. Well done.UPDATE: 15/06/2022I was so impressed I went back and hired another unit for another purpose. Again, Kylie was extremely helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

We were helped by Mariah and Kylie, the two loveliest women ever. They were both super friendly and helped us get the best option for storing our luggage for just a day. During the day I had lost my phone on the beach and when we came back to Kennards to pick up the luggage, they were so lovely and helpful to try and make a plan to find my phone. I can't express how just genuinely nice they both were! Superstars ✨

Came in to do an Amazon return, and even something as simple as being a ParcelPoint, the staff were so lovely and accommodating! Kylie and her team were friendly, humourous and helpful. Easy to drop and return. Highly recommend!

Great facility with friendly helpful staff. The place is very clean - in 7 years i never had a problem with bugs or critters, no leaks and no problems with access.

Mark and Kylie have been extremely helpful with setting me up with a storage unit, then when i need to move to a bigger unit to house a bike, they were able to show me the unit and let it the same day. A follow up call to make sure everything worked well and there was nothing outstanding was appreciate. Top quality customer service.
