Richard's work is world class and I am confident to say he is the best in his field. After a good year of research, I found Dr Richard Bloom at Re.Plastic Surgery and have not regretted my decision to have him as my surgeon for a Tummy Tuck/Hernia repair. For the past 8 years, I have been through so much pain with 2 hernias (since repaired), only to have them completely open back up and then get a third hernia. They were all along my middle section from my belly button up to just below my sternum. I knew another hernia repair would just be a ‘Band-Aid fix’.Dr Bloom was amazing, caring and willing to not only repair all 3 hernias, but complete a abdominal muscle repair to stop them from returning.The entire team at Re. are not only professional and amazing at what they do, but the care and support throughout the whole process was incredible. It’s been almost one year since my Mummy Makeover with Dr. Richard Bloom. I was 57 years old at the time and had lost about 45 kgs and had two children.I had a breast reduction, Lower Body Lift (LBL) and liposuction to my back.Dr. Bloom is a “Master Tailor” at his job. He is respectful, honest and conservative.The staff are friendly and supportive.I am over the moon with the end results, and I know that if I have any questions, concerns or issues (as I have in the past), they listen respectfully and address them.I feel confident and healthy.

A breast reduction is a huge decision. I’d researched and wanted a BR for over a decade. That research led me to Re Plastic Surgery, Dr Richard Bloom, with pretty consistent high quality feedback from other patients. From the moment that I had my initial consult until my final appointment yesterday, the team have been exceptional & have supported me throughout my journey. There are a couple of points to break down.The surgery: Bloom is of the highest class when it comes to perfection. I felt confident in him as my surgeon after watching some of his videos around the procedure & his ethos. My breasts are amazing. I feel like they’re the breasts I was meant to have! I adore them. They’re small, perky and beautifully shaped, with little bounce! Throughout my recovery, I only had to contact Dr Richard once out of hours (re a tape allergy) and he was quick to respond with direction. There are several appointments booked in advance for aftercare, so the clinic hold the space for you really well & ensure you’re healing well.The team:The team are just as exceptional. Expect consistent positive regard across the board. Getting topless in front of strangers can be a vulnerable space to be in - appointments with the nurse and for LED and Laser treatments (all inclusive) are as comfortable as they can be, given the beautiful nature of the team.I believe the price was very reasonable & I had a great hospital stay at the Epworth.A Breast Reduction is a big procedure and it is so important to have support and high quality medical care throughout the journey. I was really fortunate in healing well without complications. The team at Re absolutely set you up for success. Attending each post op appointment is a big part of that!
