Discussed and understood my request for specs and price point. Got exactly what I was looking for with their recommended tyres to suit request. Been twice there, will go every time from now

Agreed to a brand and price, arrived to collect the car to find a different tyre altogether on my car!.... was told I was called and notified (I wasnt) the blatant dishonesty and shady practices are dodgy as you can get and I will never return.

Would not recommend! Nothing but lazy!Came in because I had a flat tire and asked if he could help me either fix it or change it to my spare as I live an hour away with two young children in the car and he told me to throw my tyre into a bucket of water and go to another tyre place down the road! And there was not one single car in the shop. He sat in his office and said what he said then went back in and sat down!When I went to the other tyre service they told me he’s known for that as he’s the boss and he can never be bothered doing his job.Very disgusted in his behaviour!Actaully you didn’t even step out of your office to look at my tyre, and it was a flat because it had a screw in it! The other tyre place didn’t need water to see it was flat! And yes it was the place you sent me as they all knew who you were! I wouldn’t come back to you at all for your service let alone to chat. And you can’t tell me what I said wasn’t true when my passenger heard the same thing! You just couldn’t be bothered
