Windorah Visitor Information Centre
The staff had diverse knowledge of the local environment and provided opportunities to discover bountiful birding sites. They were of course helped in their optimistic predictions by the periodic flooding event that increased the resident and nomadic bird population. Notwithstanding they were keen on adding the Little Button Quail I had discovered to their bird list and thus I felt they acknowledged such finds as a significant benefit to the richness of the visitor experience.

The Lady was super helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy chatty person. Exactly what a tourist info person should be. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she's the on with German ancestors.

Fantastic! Very helpful and free coffee and biscuits. The museum is great as well. Definitely stop in and say hi.

Very good service, great knowledge of local roads and different drives you can take in the area, nice little museum attached, some great local photos, very helpful, thank you :)

Windorah Visitor Information Centre
Stayed at Windorah Van park for a few nights in late Sept.-early Oct. last year. Used the Info Centre a few times for different enquiries and found the lady in attendance always friendly and most helpful. The Centre is well-organised and has a diverse number of things of interest. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great spot for local info. Very helpful. There is also a great little old hut with all the memorabilia to go along with it.
