Over quite a number of years I have dealt with the Wholesale Carpet Man and have always received excellent and very personalised service. Good solid advice & explanations as to the suitability of certain products for my application. Even if I was only looking for a quick economical fix for a low grade purpose I always felt like a valued client. When requiring a much better quality carpet or vinyl all the options were presented with details of the features. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision until I was ready to make up my mind. I have always recommended this business to others, and will continue to do so.

We purchased carpet and flooring, the carpet went well and happy with it.The flooring was rushed and had problems. Called the contractor who laid the floor and was promised a date to rectify. 5 calls and 5 times failed to turn up. In the end Frank had to tell him. Again rushed and not over happy with the result. Not the best flooring tradesman I have met. Given up trying to get anything else repaired and will repair myself. Found silicone gun about to drip hanging over my new carpetAvoid floating floor contractors from there.

I have got wavy vinyl planks throughout my house due to the floor not being prepared properly. They also didn't rip up previous flooring in some parts of the house and said that it would be levelled off and look fine. Well I have steps from some rooms into others. Looks like a cheap, nasty job and cost me a great deal of money. You'd be better off laying it yourself than going here. I emailed the owner of this establishment as after living in the house for a few months, the floors were really getting me down. No response, doesn't care.

I ordered plush carpet for my son’s bedroom make-over. I phoned lunch time n had it delivered n installed by 8:30am the next day by a lovely guy called Les. I ordered it over the phone with The Wholesale Carpet Man sending me a photo. The underlay was good thick quality and the carpet so soft and plush and just the colour I was looking for and it was nearly half the price quoted elsewhere. I was told at other places I would be looking at a 3-week delivery. Can’t speak highly enough - great customer service, good price and best of all, great carpet

My puppy has ruined every corners of my carpet which I had need fixation for before my inspection.Not only have they fixed my carpet but their service and manners was AT THE TOP.Quick respond time and a great price to begin with. They promised it will be done by the next day and came in on time with their equipment all ready to go. We weren't able to tell the difference from a PERFECTLY NEW CARPET once it was done! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Thank you so much! Will definitely come back again!

Completely wasted my time on the day to confirm carpet we planned to go ahead with. Didn't apologise or made zero effort to resolve. Frankly disgusted by the overall experience. Got my new carpet done somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend.
