Yummy pizza if you don’t care when it might be ready and can be flexible about maybe having dinner at some time in the future…. Absolutely terrible if you need to feed your family and the wait time keeps being pushed further and further back …. Their automated system is not great. They need to scrap the app.

Pizza comes in all varieties and styles… but this pizza… this is how I love my pizza. I’ve traveled heaps and eaten pizza wherever I’ve gone. This pizza is like pizza I find in Napoli… only with a modern twist and daringly… pineapple. You won’t regret.

Ordered via Uber Eats, pretty disappointing. Pepperoni pizza smothered in mushrooms, hardly any cheese and pepperoni, very little sauce on base. Tropical pizza was a little better, average but again not much ham, pineapple or sauce.

Soooo yummy! Their pizza bases and garlic bread is so delicious, doughy but crusty. Their vegan cheese is also awesome, hands down my new favourite pizza place! Didn't have to wait long (ordered on app and picked it up).Only downfall is the price, quite expensive ($60 for two pizzas and garlic bread) but the quality is awesome.

Thought that I would support local businesses and try the Pizza from Bianca Pizza in Brighton. Probably one of the worst decisions I have made in a long while. Although the service was acceptable and I didn't have long to wait unlike many of the reviews I have since read on this business I was very disappointed with the Pizza I got. It was poorly presented and definitely not cooked. Although one half of the base was well done and crisp the other half was almost raw and soggy. The toppings were sparse and not well presented and the ham used was sliced rather than the usual finely chopped method adopted by pretty well all Pizza shops. The 'cheese' was almost non existent, the mushrooms in large chunks and almost raw and overall tasteless. The operator putting ingredients on the pizza bases did not wear any gloves on his hands and had no head covering although I'm not sure if the wearing of gloves or hair covering in this type of food preparation is mandatory. The cost of almost $30 for this pizza, about 9-10 inches, the size of a small pizza anywhere else was exorbitant and I'll chalk it up to a bad experience

Did you change ownership? We used to love this place, we ordered again this evening and it was absolutely disgusting. If I could give less than one star I would. Will not be ordering from Hey Bianca ever again.

5 stars for the Sicilian style pizza, it’s very good, best pizza but twice I’ve tried to order it from Brighton in three weeks and it’s unavailable but West Beach have it available but it’s inconvenient for me to travel there. Not good. It doesn’t show on the app as unavailable, only when I try to place the order.
