Great professional and friendly service for an end of lease clean, carpet steam and pet fumigation. Fees were very competitive and they went beyond the call of duty to help get some big marks my children had made last minute on the walls. Would definitely use again.

I'm writing this review to express my disappoint at the service I received. I booked Sikandar and his team for both rubbish removal and cleaning of my entire house.The rubbish was not removed completely with plastic left behind at the side of the house, gym weight left on the balcony and a large piece of metal left in the back.The cleaning was substandard to say the least. The cobwebs were not removed, window sills were dirty with a noticeable foot print and the walls (which I paid extra for) were almost as dirty as when I handed over the place. I found that wiping the walls with simple Ajax and a cloth removed most of the stains. The balcony floor was not cleaned properly and then I was told cleaning the railings was not part of the balcony clean". I have never heard of anyone excluding the railings of a balcony when cleaning the entire balcony. All this at a very premium price.I ended up cleaning the entire place myself.It is clear to me that this company does not take pride in their work and I hope the next person thinks twice before using them or at least negotiates a reasonable price!"

Very friendly service! Such a pleasure to have the team in my home. Punctual - and they were available last minute on a Sunday afternoon. Would recommend to anyone and will use them again one day.

I have used BSM services now twice for end of lease cleaning. The team have always been professional, efficient and delivered me a good result with cleaning. I would recomnend as a no fuss and reliable option for end of lease cleans.

Very bad with communicate! My insurance pay them for 5 hours cleaning, they only did an hour and pocket 4 hours.
