I love the new hairstyle they gave me. Easy to manage and maintain.

I told the hairdresser I was trying to bring my curls back she suggested a keratin treatment to take away the frizz and make my hair smoother I went with it since they work there they know better then I do. My hair feels rough and it doesn’t curl how it did before I went to the hairdressers. The salon was nice the ladies were nice but I’m not happy with my hair after the $100 or so dollars I spent on it.

Miracle workers here! Honest about what was possible or not possible in terms of colour, but also achieved just what I was after. I've never had my hair such a gorgeous blonde colour.

I was offered a package for $99 which I believed was a fare amount to get the cut and half head foils. Once i finished getting it done I was asked to pay $167.50 extraWhen asked why I was not explained anything but was told they used extra product.Was i told your hair (very thin) requires extra - noWas i told if you pay by card you will be charged $2.50 extra - noMy hair does not even show any highlight. It did not got lighter even after bleach was applied. It looks exactly the same as before. What a rip off!The service was ok very soft spoken but lack of customer service! One should inform the client first about the charges before proceeding!I was left with no choice but to pay them and did not wanted to argue!

I have recently (last week) done a hair keratin treatment, my hair is short ( shoulder level). After the hair wash my hair looks the same. No change at all. I was explained that Keratin treatment doesn’t make the hair straight, it would only remove the frizz. But the end result is definitely disappointing considering the amount I have spent, 300 $. I feel it did not effect a lot usually chemical process like keratin make more difference. I have my friends who have done keratin treatments in other salon for less than 200 $ , and there is visible difference, means their hair is more neater and straight.I am disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend their keratin treatment or return

One of the most positive hair salon visits I have experienced.I was so nervous about getting my hair done after 2 years but Kaitlyn really eased any qualms I had and did a fantastic job on my head!!I was so grateful that she answered all my questions.We decided on baylayage after having used a box colour at my own mistake at home and Kaitlyn sorted out my very sad tresses and transformed my hair. repost since my review got deletedwent around 2 months ago and was very unhappy with the result and had to get it redone. went for a balayage, showed them a nicely toned reference picture, and left with extremely streaky and brassy hair that made me look like a tiger unless its curled (my hair is naturally straight so it looked bad 99% of the time). when she cut my hair, she never asked how i wanted it cut, it was very shapeless and blunt all around and she kept cutting the hair on the top of my hair so i have an unnaturally large chunk of hair that lot shorter than the rest of my hair which was hard for another hairdresser to fix later. i also asked them to be careful with an ear because a piercing was sore and no care was taken and they kept nicking it with their hands and brushes, and scrubbing it really hard while they were washing and drying my hair.i went because of all the positive reviews on google and facebook which was a huge disappointmentnever going back.

The staff are lovely, but ....Their rates are high and the amount charged FAR exceeds any other salon experience I've had. If the result of the visit was perfect, I suppose I wouldn't begrudge paying so much, but it hasn't been perfect. So much so, that I returned to have it fixed last time.I'm a local and have used this salon at varying times over the years. Each time I stop using the salon for the same reason - they don't value their clients needs ie - Our time and our money.I understand as a business, their needs are paramount. I get that. But after attempts at communicating this to them, I 100% feel unheard.As a member, I have had direct debit deductions from my account each week. This was supposed to afford me certain privileges. ie discounts, priority bookings etc. I have not received anything in addition to what a normal walk in receives.Each time I've been advised the cost, it's been after the work has been done and way more expensive then elsewhere. Or I've asked how much will this be?" And not been given a straight answer.I don't get offered a coffee or tea
