The Best Backyard

Save your money and don't buy! We purchased a gazebo online, then we got an email 2 days later demanding an extra $200.00 or they would cancel our order. We reluctantly paid as this was a Christmas present for the family we have been saving up for all year. They held the order up and when they confirmed we would not receive the order before Christmas and wanted a refund they were rude and unhelpful and in the end cost us nearly twice the original freight charge to cancel the order so we could buy one locally to have for Christmas.

I have purchased from The Best Backyard a few times now and every time the service has been above and beyond. Not only are the products high quality at such an affordable price , the service has been exemplary! I have been so happy that I have found myself searching their website continuously looking for things to buy from them ! Honestly can not rate them high enough !

Fabulous service from these guys. Easy ordering, great communication, prompt delivery. Perfect way to support local business and shop safely in these crazy times. Now all we need is for the rain to stop so we can get the fire pit going.....

I have purchased a few things from The Best Backyard- trampoline, mud kitchen and outdoor lounge and the quality of each product is amazing and brings us so much joy/ entertainment. We definitely have the best backyard in the neighbourhood. Thanks to the best backyard! And the customer service is exceptional!
