Couch Cleaning Melville

Contacted this company the night before. Was told 10am however the appointment was changed to 6pm which I confirmed was okay.Their staff member turned up before 2pm, (more than 4 hours early!) unfortunately I’m a shift worker so was woken up as we weren’t expecting them until 6pm. He explained it was his last job of the day and if he didn’t do it now it would be tomorrow. I said this was unacceptable and contacted the company, they agreed to keep the 6pm appointment. At 5:57pm I receive a text message from the staff member saying they would be at my house at 630pm, I replied the booking was for 6pm, he then replied he was “stuck at something” I contacted the company once more, they then told me as I had refused service earlier on in the day and he was at another job. I explained he had said it was his last job at 2pm so how could he possibly be stuck at another job and if he was going to be late, to contact me more than 3 minutes before he was due to be at my house.In essence, this company is extremely unprofessional, poor time management and to be honest has no respect for their clientele when it comes to scheduling.I wouldn’t recommend this company at all, steer clear unless you want a day wasted!
