Very bad experience. We visited twice the same young lady ignored us badly. When we ask for service she was very rude and she didn't pay any attention on us. She was watching her phone.

bought several pieces of snow gear. Staff was super helpful and honest in picking out gear and recommendations as this was the first time I'd ever really looked into snow gear and they helped me with things such as binding rigidity, recommended boots and the like. Very happy.

Absolutely awesome customer service.I was unhappy with the ski goggles I ordered from another company to be delivered at aus ski, I picked it up at 4:58 and went out to the car and opened up the parcel I didn’t like the goggles I ordered so I went back 5 minutes later at this time they had closed the shop and were leaving, they recognised my face and let me back in and helped me out to find another pair that fit better. They are such helpful friendly staff your really couldn’t ask for anything more.

Myself and my partner visited a couple of weeks ago to browse snow gear prior to her first session. We were immediately helped by Nick who was incredibly helpful, not only helping us find her some great outerwear, but also putting together a great board setup for her to learn on, as well as giving advice on upcoming overseas trip. Between the help from him and Brad, will definitely be returning.

Hey guys I just came down from sydney and was told about Wayne Ritchie’s to get my rented snowboard.When I arrived I was greeted by these 2 awesome girls that went above and beyond with customer service.so I want to do a shout out and say thank you to Edey and I forgot your name the lovely blonde girl that helped me out because the person who is in charge of the rental equipment unfortunately had to leave for the day and she done an awesome job in her absence.So Wayne you need to check the girls who were working on Wednesday 01/08/18 and give them a gift voucher for a good job I will promote your company in Sydney to my 150 staff members.

Cashed up professional middle aged lady who skis & boards like a demon wants to update ALL of her equipment & clothes. Do not expect service here. Not one sales person has even looked at me. I've been here half an hour, even typing this out. This is a 'fashion' clothing store for posers - not for the real deal doers.

Went in to Auski Albury as a rookie snowboarder and was immediately greeted by Keran who gave me all the advice that I could need.He was knowledgeable friendly and answered all of my questions patiently.I left with everything that I needed feeling more than prepared for my upcoming snow season.The prices were very generous and will definitely be getting all my future gear from AuskiThankyou for a great experience
