Excellent service and aftercare. Received our beautiful Jonty sofa a month earlier than expected. Thanks to Ben for the prompt sale and Xaiver for always promptly replying to emails. We thought our sofa was missing legs but they were in the zip under our sofa. Xaiver was quick to attend to this. I just recommend instructions next time to go with the sofa or to instruct us during purchase that we would have to attach our own legs as the other half of the sofa came built already.Overall very happy and will be recommending family and friends. Thanks Alexandria team :)

I highly DO NOT recommend this company. They did not outline there was a “cancellation” delivery charge if you were unable to make your delivery time slot - I asked for it to be rescheduled not cancelled. This being even if you were saying goodbye to a family member who unexpectedly took a turn for the worse in a short period of time. The terms and conditions were not provided to me at my time of purchase nor was verbal communication given regarding this term and condition. The lack of general care and compassion from this company is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and inhumane.

Good communication in store, a nice balance of here to help" and not feeling like they were looming or trying to pressure me into a sale. Would have been nice to have better lighting to take photos of fabric patterns to send to my partner but otherwise no complaints. Couch is comfy. Nice range of products to choose from."

The team at Berkowitz Furniture Alexandria were wonderful to deal with. Purchased a number of pieces of furniture, including a sofa, dining table, chairs, stools etc. All products are of a high quality. I also had to reschedule delivery a number of times and the team were more than happy to help. Thanks for furnishing our new home and making it a wonderful experience!

You can’t deliver 2 chairs after 2 months, shut the shop down … I could have hand made Italian full set of sofa made for less than half of that time which takes you to deliver 2 chairs.Seriously stop this joke and shut it down !!!

Great store staff and Delivery teamThank you to Ben for helping us to choose our Dining table, we appreciate his knowledge and guidance on the best colour/style.Also really the delivery team that were very careful in delivering the table to us. We had pretty narrow doors so it was tricky/and took some effort to get the table in, but the guys took a lot of care to make sure no scratches to the table or existing doorways.Very happy with the hand crafted dining table, looks great !
