4 weeks to get a service done at $700+ aswell as getting a speedo and road worthy done. Got the bike home now it has an air leak on the intake manifold the rear master cylinder was not touched meaning the service never got done the fluid was near black i went over each bolt and screw and noticed what they said was done was a lie overall close to $3,000 spent to get the bike back in a worse condition then when it went in. The only reason i put my bike in was to have it done by professionals in a reasonable time frame which they could not do the guys are not bad but they definitely need to get organised and sort out their work load better seriously if a car can be serviced in a couple hours a bike should be no problem at all

(VTX1300).extremely knowledgeable and helpful.my bike just came back from honda with a $1000 service bill still running rough. these guys sorted out vacuum leaks that honda said they fixed and my bike came back to me running amazing.they sourced a jet kit to suit my cobra pipes and really looked after me and my pride and joy.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and they didn't try to ROB me.THANKS GUYS

Hands down the worst mechanic I’ve been to in Townsville. Paid near on $4,000 for fairly basic work on a harley, somehow took 10hrs labour, and still the bike was returned with fault codes and didnt last 5 mins on the highway before breakdown. The bike went back to fix mistakes 4 times in two weeks after leaks, loose fuel tank, loose exhaust and completely wrong tune and failure to bleed new lifters.. Concurrently had a dirt bike in for fork seals and a back tyre, forks have continually leaked ever since, mind you costing $700. Would not recommend.

TCC has been great each time I have taken my bike in, very flexible and helpful and they go the extra mile to ensure your bike is running the best it can. I recommend them for any bike work.

I've had excellent work done to my Harley here before , big bore kit , thundermax , exhaust , this was done when Leroy the previous owner was there .There are new owners and a new crew , since writing this review I have heard multiple horror stories about the poor quality of work , people have told me of having to take their bikes somewhere else to repair the work this place has done .I definitely wouldn't risk it and took my bike to Suncity Harley Davidson , who did an excellent job on my bike , if you've got a Harley , take it to Harley .

I dropped in to speak with Darren about selling my 1970 Triumph Trophy. Darren was very helpful and provided good support even though he was just about to close up and move the shop. I sent him details of the bike and he placed them on his socials pages. Within a few weeks he contacted me with a number of intetested parties. He was able to do the roadworthy and provided information on how to change over the rego. The bike has now sold, thanks for your support great service and really friendly. Good luck in the new store on Ingham Road.

Anyone in Townsville who is looking to get any work done on your bike, whatever you do don't go passed Townsville Custom Cycles. They welcome you with a smile nd bend over backwards to assist you in with any issues you have with your bike to get it sorted. Their work is second to none and I have always left with my bikes going in A1 conditon at a reasonable price. Darren, Camm nd their mechanics are the best in Townsville.
