Contacted Richard after other plumbers did not get back to me or bother to arrive.Richard was Professional and Honest right from the startHe went out of his way to assist in fixing leaks a damaged plumbing.I care for my aged mum who requires personal care assistance in the morning.This would not of been possible had Richard not come to the rescue.Much Appreciation Richard.We will definitely be using your service again.Highly recommended!

Richard came to assess my hot water system and identified that there was a leak. My long term family plumber unfortunately didn't pick up on the leak a month earlier. He assisted me by figuring out that the system was still under warranty which saved me 100s if not a 1000 in the process. Richard was professional, polite and helpful. I would use and recommend Beat a Leak plumbing to all that need a plumber.

i had Richard service my water meter tap today, the pipe freeze failed before Richard could finish installing the new tap. after a brief dramatic episode in the process, Richard finish installing the new tap and i am happy about the result. if wasn't for the failed pipe freeze i would give Richard a 5 star. it was not Richard's fault, it was the pipe freeze kits fault. Richard's price is very reasonable, he did not charge me the full duration of time as labor, because due to failed pipe freeze, he spend more than double amount of times than we have agreed for the job.

I have needed Richard's services on a few occasions and every time his prompt response and excellent workmanship have been greatly appreciated. Plumbing problems often occur at the most inconvenient times and it's very reassuring to know that help isn't too far away.

Richard was called on to replace a faulty hot water system late on a Sunday afternoon.Early Monday morning we had a brand new hot water system delivered which was promptly installed that afternoon.I would highly recommend Richard to friends and family. A good honest guy that takes pride in his work. I’ll be calling on him again in the future for all my plumbing work.

I had a problem with my water heater and I called Richard who asked for some pictures and he advised to replace it. He managed to get me a new heater and to come to me next day to replace it. Very professional, clean, efficient and quick to achieve the task. His price was also competitively good.
