F45 Training Townsville North

I had the pleasure of training at F45 Training Townsville North whilst visiting the area. The team provided exceptional encouragement and went out of the way to make me feel welcome. The trainers know everyone and are so supportive and encouraging. Love the great facilities.

Awesome gym with friendly trainers, nice members & a great variation of classes. With limited early morning gym options in the area, F45 gives those of us wanting to start our day before the rest of our family a place to be in & out of before the sun is up. I’ve made friends through this gym & there is always a challenge to be involved with if that’s what you’re in to. If you’re after a gym to help you get into an exercise routine & meet some people in the area, F45 Townsville North is hands down the number one place to be.

The best ! When I first started F45 I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but everyone made me feel so welcome and part of the ‘5am team’. I’ve made some great friends and reinvigorated my love for fitness.

I am an F45 Maroochydore member and thoroughly enjoyed my visit to F45 Townsville North. They welcomed me warmly, the venue is great, the class was fantastic, the members are friendly and the coaches are supportive and helpful. A fabulous community feel and I will definitely return on my next Townsville visit. Thanks Townsville North team for having me.

Absolutely love everything about F45 and all that I have experienced this far! Sonia and Darren so welcoming and lovely. My trainer for my challenge (Mikkayla) has been going above and beyond providing me all the most helpful information to help me get a better understanding of what’s best for my body and results. Also, special thanks to Elly who always seems to be in the right spot at the right time helping me with weights and getting through sets making sure they don’t get the best of me. The vibe in this place has made me excited for my 4am alarm. I wouldn’t change a thing and so glad I decided to join this team. It’s definitely not just a gym vibe - they make me feel like I’ve been going my whole life.

I’m loving F45! I’m currently in my 3rd week after not exercising for a long time. The classes are great and cater for all fitness levels. The staff are awesome! I felt welcome, motivated and included from the moment I walked in on day 1 of my 7 day trial.

The staff are amazing. Greeted with high energy and smiles despite the early hours. All the classes are exhausting yet amazing. Always challenging your own capabilities. Great work, keep it up!

Lovely, helpful and generally happy to listen and help. Each individual has their own story and Sonia from F45 North has been outstanding with getting me back on track with ‘life’. Thank you team!
