This experience of doing art therapy opened me up to a place of healing in a way that was very soothing and gentle for myselfDefinitely recommend whether you think you can do at 4 not the art comes from within it is a exceptional experience Natalie is very understanding compassionate empathetic and this was definitely a journey that I needed to get to know me a little bit more
