My experience with Jobs statewide has been absolutely horrible. It felt like I was just another number to them and when I asked for help to change career paths I was literally told “tough luck” it was too hard for them to help me find something new, they just wanted to get me a job as soon as possible regardless of how stressed/depressed I was in my current industry. Jobs statewide harassed me weekly with phone calls sometimes twice a week and appointments every 3 weeks despite the fact that I was already working and not even getting and money from centerlink & during this COVID-19 pandemic they have been calling me from 3 different branches all asking the same questions. It’s like no body is communicating with each other, I’ve answered the same questions to at least 5 different people. Their lack of professionalism is embarrassing. Their staff have been quite condescending and rude. They have made me feel as if I’m a ‘dole blugger’ for being on the system even though I am working. There are absolutely no positives to this company they just want to make your life hard and make you jump through unrealistic hoops. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. I would highly recommend not having jobs statewide as your job provider.

have never had an issue.Always have been there to offer assistance even through the pandemic.Deserves 5 stars
