Dear RavMech teamI am the owner of Mazda CX 7, which had an engine heating problem.I am so touched with your help and support that I must write this review as a gratitude for your help. The lady and gentleman over the counter were truly legends. On the day when the car broke-down, I was extremely stressed. I didn’t know what to do. That day the gentleman arranged a hotel for me, not only that, he drove me to the hotel and the most touching movement was; when he carried my bag with such a simplicity. I left the car with you and came home. 2 weeks after, I went back to pick up the car, the lady and gentleman were so supportive again. I saw, how busy they were in their errands but still choose to help me. She not only gave me container but also filled it up for me and told me what care should be taken. The gentleman gave me a funnel and rugs if I needed them. RavMech kept my car safe for 2 weeks.All this help were done when there was no financial gain and you guys were super busy with your daily routine.Thank you very much for showing true Ozzie spirit and helping me out. This incident became part of my life stories, which is worth while to share.Kind regards

Thankyou to Tom and Delvene at Ravmech for there assistance when I had car exhaust issues in Ravensthorpe. Tom was able to anaylise and locate the cause of my car problems quickly, ordering the part before 3PM deadline from Perth, to be couried overnight.Unfortunately the wrong part was sent at no fault of Ravmech and I had to wait an extra day. During this time the communication from Tom was excellent and once he had the correct part the repair was swift and I was back on the road.Thanks Tom and Delvene

The RavMech staff were really nice, got our car back to a roadworthy state. One doesn't expect to lose pressure to, lose 2 tyres at once. From arriving on their doorstep, to driving away from the predicaments location. Was a great save.

Tom was incredible he helped out my partner and I with a Jeep Cherokee that wouldn’t start.He was so nice and genuine. The best experience I have ever receive from a mechanic.

I had a number of jobs completed by the team at RavMech late in 2021, while working in Ravensthorpe. Most of the work was satisfactory though one small part was discovered to be incompletely installed by my usual mechanic in Denmark. I was able to communicate this to the team at RavMech, and shortly afterwards received a call from Tom (owner) during which possible solutions were discussed. Tom offered to supply the part required to complete the work, and within a couple days my mechanic had the part and was able to install it. Overall it’s not often you get that kind of service and communication, and the standard of work was high enough that I know it was a simple case of a easy to miss part being overlooked rather than poor workmanship. I’d happily recommend Tom and his team at RavMech due to their professionalism and willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied. Outstanding customer support. Bravo.

Since I have not received a reply from you, I interpret that I cannot have a copy of the diagnosis that you made.I want to express my disagreement with the treatment I received.Firstly, I gave you a copy of a priority diagnosis to avoid doing another one, which you didn't use and you charged me $ 60 for a new one.Apart from that when the car is fixed I ask for the return of the document and you lost it. I ask for a copy of the one you made and I don't get a response. So I'll have to pay a third time at the next mechanic I go.The only thing I can do against your management is to write a public bad review.

The last year and a half Tom and his team looked after my car really well. Also got my new one inspected with them before I leave the area. Genuine mechanics with great and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Asked for a revision and an inspection.All good for the revision. Oil and air filters.But nothing about the inspection. Disappointed
