I have been training with Tyler for 12 months. He is helping me with a fitness program that is focused on overcoming and preventing injury. I am feeling fitter and stronger than ever. All of our training is outdoors and the equipment is very good and the workouts vary every week. Tyler is very patient and understands when I can’t do something, unlike a lot of trainers.
