Ripper Cleaning Services

Aptly named. The service was not only a rip off, but disorganised and dishonest. We hired these guys for an end of vacate clean on the misconception that our agents recommended them. Turns out they only had had other tenants use them previously. Nonetheless, we had the ball rolling on the hiring of the service, so we persisted.It took two and a half weeks to get the clean organised. With constant following up to the service to organise a quote and times for the cleaning. We were finally given a quote after my badgering the owner, that was already not competitive, especially given we did not need carpets (got it done separately) or the outdoors cleaned, and when a clean was finally organised, it was after our vacating date. Upon arriving, the cleaners attempted to extort us out of more money by declaring our house 'unliveable' and 'disgusting'. However, we had been in this property for years, with only the occasionally remark on our quarterly inspections about minor cleanliness issues that were followed up and cleaned immediately. No issues were ever pursued by our agents for the full length of our leaseFurthermore, my roommates and I were able to clean the house before inspections with a good single day of cleaning every time, so when the cleaners tried to argue they couldn't finish in a day, and needed more money, I pushed them on this. Only to reveal they were in fact attending to other cleans during the day too, and were very busy". After that
