Have been notified that business emails and division closing, Have been on hold now for 6 hrs and 15 minutes with no answer to get information for transfer and migration. They cut you off after waiting 2hrs and 5 minutes. This is appalling. How they can call themselves #1 service provider is false. No wonder they are downsizing, go to another provider that has better service.

Horrible company, thankfully I'm no longer with them. I had their NBN service for 4+ yrs, my phone number never worked all that time. When arranging disconnection they had me on hold for 30+ mins then transferred me to another area, on hold another 15+ mins. Received am email to contact them to arrange refund, charged me $2 to receive my refund. Told $2 would be reversed in a couple of days, over a week later still nothing. I know it's only $2 but why charge for a refund at all??? Dodgy as. My new ISP is about $10+ cheaper for a faster speed, better customer service too.

Exchange hosting got hacked now they dropped the service all together. Spent 8 hours on/off the phone trying to fix a migration issue but ended up losing years of business emails. Careful using them for business services.

So they have decided to stop email hosting and have warned me to get a new hosting service, but I can't do that without details from them. When I called I got the call back option and then when I asked to speak to someone about this they put me on hold for 3.5 hours!! They then hung up on me before it went through to anyone. I called the normal line and they said they would request an email hosting specific callback and I got it a week later at 6pm on a Friday night. I was out and couldn't take the call so I guess I am back to square one on Monday... Whenever I call it is out of there office hours for them, but 6pm on Friday is fine for them to call me back finally...

We never write reviews, this will be the first and a very important one to all business owners - DO NOT USE IINET! We have been with Iinet for over 10 years, when we first signed up they were amazing, now they are THE WORST, MOST FRUSTRATING company we have ever dealt with.After receiving an email to say they were cancelling their hosting services, we spent many many frustrating days on hold for 2.5 hours each time only to have the phone call disconnected, we then have to start again, on hold 2.5 hours and again disconnected when it reaches that wait time.We have sent many many emails and have not received one reply to date! The process of migrating email and website hosting to another provider has been a DEHUMANISING experience.Now that we have finally moved ALL services to another provider trying to get refunds for monies paid upfront for services they no longer provide has begun the frustrating process all over again - 2.5 hour wait times, phone lines disconnected and no replies to emails being sent.It is even more DEHUMANISING when we see they have taken the time to respond to ALL negative reviews on here, but you CANNOT speak to anyone on the phone or receive a reply to emails being sent.On a positive note - we highly recommend VENTRAIP, they are based in Australia, excellent customer service, incredibly easy to talk to and an absolute pleasure to deal with, they treat you like a human being!!!

I haven't had the internet since last week .I've called multiple times, spoken to 7 or 8 different people, cut off twice, had a technician booked and then suddenly cancelled. Been put on hold, transferred multiple times, still with no solution.Seriously, your faults/resolution process is the worst I've ever seen.

I’m shocked this can happen in our country with the technology we have, such incompetence. I have spent hours and hours on the phone with them over the past few weeks or so after joining. They sent a technician to check my line, he got up on the roof and changed the connection line to another room and now the speed is slower, slower than the cheaper plan! He left even though he knew the issue wasn’t resolved, sent a message to me saying he had resolved the issue! I do not trust them at all! Now I just want out of the contract, I’ve decided having no internet at home for a short time will be easier than dealing with them. We all need to keep reporting to Ombudsmsn!

Calls to 24/7 support can take shorter time if you don't talk for such a long time... don't have to repeat the same thing again and again. but thank you I know you are just doing your job but sometimes people call during their break times and don't have much time to listen

Would leave a 0-star review if I could. My business account has been left without internet for 2 weeks. Hours spent on the phone being transferred between different agents/departments, waiting on hold, technician never showed up to the appointment to fix the problem. Now waiting another week for them to send me a new modem. Complete nightmare to deal with.

Today i have spent over 6 hours on the phone waiting for support, calls have been dropped, not returned, people havent known the answer and transferred me to calls that were dropped (after 2.5 hours)....this is after 3-4 hours on the phone yesterday.I wouldnt recommend using them.All this is a result of them dropping an exchange service and then not knowing the details to transfer to a new provider.
