Excellent pet store, great range of products at reasonable prices. Beautiful healthy animals for sale and adoption including a range of birds, rodents and kittens/cats. Educational information about the care is up for animals. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent benefits for those that sign up as a member. Store also includes a vet and groomer. Highly recommend using this business for your pet needs!

Store is well organized, easy to find what you need. If you can't, friendly staff are always happy to help.

We have shopped at best friends because we have always found their range good.Their knowledge is continually flawed and often given completely incorrect advice (eg. Of course it’s ok to put angel fish in with Guppies)Today we paid $299 for an ex display bird cage. They disassembled part of it so it would fit into our car. But they haven’t given us all the bolts and screws and parts.When we called them about it they told us to bring it back and they will order us a new one flat pack.We explained that this isn’t satisfactory because we live 30mins away and can’t just drop everything to head back out there to just have to go out and again when it comes back in.The lady we were speaking to them with absolute rudeness said ‘Look - we put it together in store last week and all parts where there so don’t try and tell me it’s missing parts.’I then tried to explain that a part that holds the Bowles is broken from where it is welded.When explaining that I was just asking her to see if they were put aside somewhere and wanting to get this resolved she returned with: ‘No, people here know how to do their job. I am not looking for something you cheap scrape and if you have a problem just deal with it’ then hung up.At no time was myself or my wife rude or aggressive and we were perfectly calm the entire call. I honestly cannot believe this lady works in customer service. It’s disgusting! Best friends, I hope you deal with her, because until you do, we will be sure to tell everybody to shop absolutely anywhere else even if it means driving further away.

Was quoted $104 for a small dog to get groomed and $154 if the dog is matted (dense tangles and knots). The dog is brushed daily and had no tangles and knots. I walk in there and upon seeing the groomers I was informed the dog is matted and will be $164 to get the dog groomed. (I thought to myself what garbage) I picked up the dog and left as I rejected the new quote which was based on garbage. I spoke to the manager and I recommend to dog owners to beware and / or alternatively use other dog groomers. One star to to much for this pet store and subject to this, I will change vet clinic as well just to get out if that fabricated place.

Caring, wonderful staff. They know their products. Floor staff are great. Groomers are great. Vets are great. You treat all customers with respect and happiness. You also love dogs, soooooo Good Job, Guys. Big thumbs up,

Great tidy store with staff willing to help meet your and your pets every need

Wish I could give 0 stars. All this business cares about is money and not the well being of your beloved pets. Went in to get blood tests for our puppy and the veterinarian at hand was unable to do it due to dogs behaviour". Got charged for an ear swab test when it was not even performed properly. Ended up having to buy two different ear drop medication as they didn't feel comfortable to do an ear swab. They then recommended to give him medicine to make him feel drowsy and so we complied. Took him back in with that medication administered and they still couldn't do it. Charged us again for another ear swab. We voiced our concerns and no action was taken to amend this. Worst experience I've ever had. Avoid this place if you care about your pets health."

Genuinely amazing service, great advice, knowledgeable team and I got what I needed which couldn't be found elsewhere locally.Been going there for years and will keep going back.

Helpful, friendly, easy to navigate in a wheelchair. Great pet care and service. Affordable and accommodating, willing to refer if they don't know. Great with doggo and birds
