Great service. Got a rental car same day I applied. I couldn’t pick up so they delivered to me. Nice EV car rental. Easy to return just left with my smash repairer when I collected my car. Whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

Compass have been fantastic, smooth transition from own car to hire car, have dealt with other party on my behalf, took out the stress in a stressful situation. Hopefully won't be in situation where I need to use them again, as I have used them twice now, however recommend the company to others who need them, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself.

My friend recommended Compass Group services from his own good experience with them. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at the beginning, because the interactions with them felt too good to be true. However, everything starts to become reality when they delivered the rental vehicle on time; responded to my enquires within one hour, from both headquarter in the east and Perth branch; hassle-free handover and pick up services, etc. It makes me questioning why the insurance companies couldn't provide services like this to customers during their difficult times. On top of that, Compass Group provided a rental vehicle that I'm more than happy with.Service quality is their strength, I'm now more than happy to recommend them to any of my friends.

From start to finish compass was so easy to use. The loan car I received was at my crash repair shop on time and vehicle was very clean and new. Incredible service, super fast. Nothing to complain. As soon as I got the insurance claim number, I got the car in the same day after only a few hours. The replacement car is also nice with low odometer (29k). Highly recommended.

The service has been outstanding. Had a car delivered to my home within an hour of the local Compass agent opening..The car is modern (2021) low kms.My only complaint is the interior stinks, literally smells. It’s clean, just an off odour.I also did get contacted by text by Compass & when I called the number I got a girl who just didn’t seem to be connected to reality. Very long pauses during the call which had me asking if she was still there. I actually gave up and hung up. Later that day I received another call from a different woman who was right on the ball.All in all, a positive experience.Thanks Compass. I have been letting everyone know about your service.

Promised prestige vehicle, received standard with strange smell inside, also no windscreen washer fluid. They were going to replace it in few days, after 10 days not replacement. I call them few times, last call they promised to call back in 2 hours, never did.My first experience year ago with this company was much better.
