Had a leak coming through the ceiling and needed an emergency call out. Matt who took my call was courteous and professional. Jordan and Darcy arrived at my property in less than an hour and couldn’t have been more friendly and methodical in trying to identify and solve the problem. Great communication and service at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Superb service!! I contacted Boundary Plumbing Services via their online contact form, and Rick responded within the hour (it was Easter Monday!!). Matt then arrived first thing Tuesday morning and fixed the issue with absolute professionalism.So glad I’ve found my new local plumbers… thank you both !!!Highly recommend.

Matt was great. He came out to fix a clogged pipe issue we had at our house. He was professional, on time, and explained the issue and what he was going to do. Really appreciate him coming out within 30 minutes of my call on a Sunday.

Contacted this business when my gas water unit sprung a leak. Matt was assigned the job promptly on a Monday. Matt came on time and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue. Overall, very professional. Great, clear communication. Wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.

Rick & Matt & the crew at Boundary Plumbing Services have done multiple jobs for us over the past two years: a total bathroom renovation required full re-plumbing of taps & toilet, the removal of gas stovetop, repair of guttering, replacement of stormwater drains & today's job to unblock drains & sewage pipes.Communication is great, they arrive when expected, are polite & clean up afterwards.We've chosen Boundary Plumbing Services time & again now - as we have learnt to trust their honesty & workmanship.I have recommended them to my relatives who have also been very happy with their work.5 out of 5 stars.

Rick organised his team (Jordan) to attend same day for an on-site assessment. Quote was reasonable and works undertaken within 2 days of accepting quote. Jordan did a great job and very easy to deal with. Good communication throughout process.

Matthew was efficient in getting back to me and quoted a fair price. He kept in touch throughout the process, even sending texts to let me know the 2 tradies were on their way and expected time of arrival. The plumbers that came were punctual, polite, and cleaned the work site afterwards.They will be my go-to plumbers from now on.Highly recommend.

The guys did a fantastic job, no fuss , no mess rocked up when they said and just got the job done. I've been told by quite a few people that the price of that particular service is outstanding. These guys are ok.
