Highly impressed with the level of care and communication the team have taken with servicing and fixing my car. They are realistic about what needs to be done, and what can wait and don’t pressure you into anything (have experienced this with other mechanics). I had taken my car elsewhere for an issue that I ended up believing was just how the car runs but the team have made my car drive and run so quiet and smoothly. From start to finish the service is unmatched and will use them again for when my car throws another inevitable tantrum.

Consistently positive experience when taking my car to Alderley Automotive. I’ve had booked services as well as getting my car towed there after a breakdown. Always very professional, knowledgeable with a fast turnaround time. I appreciate that Dan always communicates well so I can make decisions to match my budget. Extremely efficient and I am always left with a positive impression. I won’t take my car anywhere else and have recommended to family and friends.

Extremely impressed by the customer service at Alderley Auto - Daniel is a wealth of knowledge and genuinely just wants the best for the customer.We thought we had a coolant leak but that turned out not to be the case - he gave us a bit of extra coolant and advised us that it likely wasn't a leak and to just monitor over the next couple of weeks.We weren't charged for this and his honesty meant they lost $300 by us not booking in for an investigation.Needless to say, we'll be back!

I've always had a hard time trusting mechanics, until I got my Nissan Patrol fixed here. I will always recommend this place. Dan was very transparent throughout the whole process and was very honest with all work done. Will definitely be a regular.

I had my oil leak diagnosed and fixed by Daniel and the team at Alderley Automotive. The process was straight-forward, transparent and very quick. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the team and have decided to make them my regular mechanic. Very happy with the outcome ☺️

My family have been going here for as long as I can remember and it's always such a positive experience - amazing service, Dan and the team are so knowledgable and good at what they do, and always take the time to communicate and explain things thoroughly... I always feel genuinely taken care of. I don't live in Brisbane anymore but will continue taking my car here because they're just the best.

I've had 4 cars serviced here (including my parents') for about a year and loved it. I do my own minor servicing but these guys were always around to help with any advanced troubleshooting or major repairs.Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and good value; a rare combination to find in any business let alone a mechanic.EDIT: Even though I've moved out from the area, I keep coming back. Never gonna give you up, never gonna let you down.
