heartless receptionistNot doctors/ check-up related but this afternoon, I came in nicely and asked your receptionists if we could use your toilet for my 4yr old son who can't still hold his bladder long. Unfortunately, your receptionist, particularly the one in black today refused profoundly. A hard NO and saying this is not a public toilet" and quickly pointing us to the community centre (it was closed btw) like we have a disease or something.I understand that your facility is not for public usage but as humankind and for the love of these little ones

Dr Gan is the best Doctor in all of Canberra!

Dr Gan has been my family doctor for over 20 years and I first met him when we lived in Nichols. Now we live in the south but we can not find another doctor who is as kind,caring and attentive as Dr Gan.Dr Gan always give us the time when we need advice. When we had health issues, he personally called us every time.After all these years, we still drive from the south to Palmerston to see Dr Gan.He is the best doctor. We are very very lucky to have him as our family doctor.

Dr Gan is an excellent Dr. Takes the time to listen to you and is very thorough. Thank you.

This practice doesn't offer vaccination services without a doctor's consultation. I would have appreciated being told of this when I was booking my flu vaccination, as I could've chosen to go elsewhere. What should've been a free vaccination (for pregnancy) ended up costing a lot more. The doctor was lovely but I wasn't prepared for this unexpected cost for a consultation I didn't ask for.
