The quality of the furniture at Gascoigne is not in doubt, however when we had issues with our two lounges after four years, I was expecting the usual run around and excuses for not being able to repair it. What a pleasant surprise to have REAL and EXCEPTIONAL service.Not only did Carlos turn up when he was supposed to, his manner and professionalism was exemplary. Such a pleasure to deal with a company that understands the meaning of customer care.

Update: Gascoigne have renamed this sofa the Cloud. Search Le Grande at Lounge Plus for the same lounge for a much cheaper price.We purchased the Copenhagen 3x2 lounges from Gascoigne. The lounge delivered was actually called the Le Grande on the delivery docket. On searching the internet, I discovered the Le Grande appears to be a lounge from another company that retails for $2300 less than the price we paid at Gascoigne. I contacted Gascoigne and they said “Le Grande is a common name in furniture and they didn’t think the one from the other company was the same” (even though it looked identical, was offered in the same colour leather and was the same name as the couch that was delivered to us). Make of this what you will but I suggest researching carefully before purchasing anything from Gascoigne as you could potentially save yourself a lot of money.

We met Peter Monkhouse at the Myaree store. We found him to be the most helpful and genuine salesperson ensuring that we covered every concern regarding the style, comfort and colour of our theatre suite. We now have the furniture and we are delighted with the standard of comfort and quality that Gascoigne have provided. We would recommend Gascoigne furniture to anyone wanting quality and service.

The after sales service from Whelshpool is non-existent, even down to a basic return of a phone or e-mail.The worst after sales service ever experienced. We purchased two Lana leather electric recliners and both fall over forwards when you reach out to pick up a drink or book.I went to the store to try 4 other recliners of different makes and all are stable in the same situation as was our older 12 year old ones.After a few promises to raise this safety issue with the manufactures in Malaysia, nothing has been done at all after now 2 months wait.

Went in on Saturday the 2nd of January 2021 looking to buy a leather recliner. I’m not sure how we managed to get the sales lady off side because she was immediately combative, argumentative and rude. Wouldn’t listen to what we were saying and kept talking over the top of us. There was a recliner there I liked but on principle we left and ended up buying a Lazboy from the shop next door. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Brilliant range of GOOD QUALITY lounge suites. We bought two 2 1/2 seater leather lounges from recommendation of a family member who has purchased four times over the years.Paula is great person to explain pros & cons and followed through well on price & delivery reliability.Delivery staff also great, careful not to damage our walls etc and took away all of the wrapping.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for good quality stuff!!

Could not have it worse experience with these guys. we purchased a leather home theatre suite. we have had multiple issues with the pull chords in the middle two chairs and they have been replaced a couple of times. last time I called to get a replacement I was told that they had changed suppliers. 6 months later the chairs have gone out of warranty and they want to charge us $100 for a pull cord exact same thing is on eBay anywhere from 5 to $10 absolute rip-off merchants will never go there again. beware

We selected a beautiful contemporary modular unit, but we weren't happy with the choice of standard leather selections in store, so the owner himself Mr Gascoigne went out of his way to source exactly what we were looking for, and personally communicated with us throughout the process - and the end result exceeded our expectations. The build quality and comfort on these sofas is second to none, true quality speaks for itself - do yourself a favour and test them out, you'll be happy you did! We will never buy a sofa from anywhere else again.

We owned a Gascoigne three seater sofa for over 15 years. Proud to have owned a Gascoigne which is a family owned WA furniture company. Being a previous Gascoigne client, we recently purchased another two seater Indris leather recliner. In few months noticed the leather was becoming loose and creasing. Mr Michael Gascoigne came home inspected and assured us not to worry. Dunlop was remade and the leather is now finely stretched and not loose. This is called phenomenal Gascoigne after sales service.
