Came to know through specialist when they reported the CT scan incomplete reporting.Failed to record the measurements in findings they made and missed out other findings.

Came in this morning 18/4/2023First thing for an X-ray. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming, even though she was the only one at the desk at doing 5 things at once she still had the time and professionalism to serve me with great customer service and test me with dignity..I don’t think the prices are too high as some have suggested.I have had had many many scans at lots of softener places and they are competitive.The actual scan was done in arojnd 10Minutes by the very friendly tech. Would definitely recommend. Been there many times and never had a problem. If I had forgotten something like adding a dr to revive the report or the receipt, a quick phone call and all sorted. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work

Very unprofessional service. Cancelled my husband appointment at last minute as we was waiting from long time.

Had such a great experience at Lake Radiology today! Not my usual place to have my scans done however they were the only place that could squeeze me in last minute for a 12w ultrasound. The receptionists were both lovely and my sonographer Donna was an absolute gem! I was a bit hesitant after seeing the reviews however didn’t have any other choice but to have my scan done here but very glad I did! Will definitely be booking again in future.

Trying to make an appointment here is a challenge in itself. The place is either closed or keeps you waiting on the phone for 15 minutes just to arrange an appointment. Filling in an online form for an appointment was useless because they don’t get back to you as they say they will and when you ring to confirm the appointment you have to give them the information again anyway, which really doesn’t help people who are trying to arrange appointments for elderly parents.

Very incompetent staff. Wrong reports given. Declared my living baby dead. They were so confident that they convinced my specialist as well that the baby is no more and i have miscarriage. Wouldnt hv i taken second opinion from another scan my doc would have terminated my pregnancy. A small apology was what they offered on complaining. Please dont go there ever!!

They charge for everything that other radiology clinics bulk bill. Also my gp was not happy with the report as they failed to add measurements so he couldn’t compare it to older scans
