Hamilton Island Real Estate
After spending time yesterday booking flights, pest control and building inspector for Friday I was sent an email overnight by the agent advising “as discussed” previously the property was under contract ( conditional). I am very annoyed as at no stage did the agent advise the property was under contract. I wasted a complete day yesterday organising the visit and researching the property.Sorry-never again.

Great service. Buggies were in good condition. Oasis 16 was a love hate relationship. Very convenient location but a lot of wasps around the house. Not to mention the ants problems. They seem to be a big problem on the island. No free wifi was a let down. The reception isn't very good either. No 4g.
