Ok let me be clear this review is not about the quality of Ben's work as I never got to view it.However it is disappointing when their lots of companies to choose from for quotes and they don't follow through. I'm all for supporting small business but what do you do when the following occurs.Phoned two weeks ago to arrange time for quote Ben said should be good but call him again day before to remind him ( mmm I'm the client thought he may have done that)Text Ben day before to confirmReply: yes I'll be there should be ok ( mmm is that a yes or no)Day of appointment arrives 1/2 hour after appointed time no BenPhone him and he mentions he can't make it.Now I'm not sure all tradies think we just sit at home and have nothing else to do but let them dictate to us what's going to happen and when Ben wasted my time and money I had to take day off it would just be better to announce when your contacted can you help or not. Choose Ben at your own peril I can't judge in his work only his conduct

Ben and his team painted our house internally for 4 days in DEC 2021. As we have never had our house painted before, I am unable to compare his work with other painters. We were very happy though and would highly recommend him.PROS – professional, reliable, punctual, friendly, easy to have in your house.CONS – can’t think of any.Painting a house is a stressful time and Ben’s team made it an enjoyable experience. If we were to paint again – Ben would be the painter.
