AUSTRALIA DRY CLEANERS

I had five white shirts dry cleaned. The service was nice, however two of these shirts came back with pretty obvious stains.Not impressed whatsoever.

Beware - worst dry cleaners ever! Holes in my suit and then DENIES they ever touched it. Unbelievable!! Don’t go, save your money and your peace of mind.

Went for dry cleaning and clothes came back dirtier than when I first brought them in. I strongly suspect that clothes were not cleaned at all, thrown with other dirty clothes and returned with no work done. I complained and the staff and manager didn’t care. Very hostile. Beware!

Terrible service. Rude staff. I complained but they didn’t care. I had to take my clothes to a different dry cleaner after to actually get them cleaned.

Awful experience, ruined two of my shirts with weird looking chemical stains when handed in for a simple dry-cleaning. Upon return a day later the clerk pretended i was never a customer, even though i had been served by them the day before. I'll never be back and I urge everyone to avoid this sham of a business

I using this dry cleaners last 2 years they always doing great job . I highly recommend they always deliver on time and very clean .

Why do they have to be so rude and grumpy? Their people skills are terrible.I left a bed coverlet to be washed. It came back with the same stains still on it. Jammed it in our small washing machine to wash and it came out minus the stains.I used it because it was convenient. I left some pure wool dresses there today. After reading the reviews I am wondering if I should go back and get them before they are 'cleaned' :(

The worst dry cleaner in Canberra. Took two $700 suits in to get dry cleaned. They were both returned with many small holes in them (see photos). When I pointed out the damage, the manager Dinesh said it wasn’t his fault because the suits had mould on them (completely untrue, they were new suits). When I returned a few days later to seek reimbursement, the manager then claimed that he had never seen the suits before and it wasn't his store that performed the dry cleaning job. I showed him the receipt and told him that I would report him to the authorities. He threatened me and told me to get out of his store. This is blatant criminal behaviour and I am currently pursuing legal action with the ACT small claims tribunal.
