Well maintained track. Beautiful views. Lovely picnic table and view at the very end - take a picnic!Very few stairs through the whole track, but there are some steep sections.Highly recommended for dog walks as well.

The track needs a little more work. The visability from the lookout is poor as it is overgrown. (Not a bad thing i supose- many places to view! ) It's a great walk to Kingston from Taroona!

recommend to walk from Kingston beach dog park walking track. you will see beautiful cliff on the beautiful day. and you can have a little adventure. (the first picture is where you can go to the rocks and see the cliff properly)

Great track very well maintained. A little mystical woodland walk with small rises and dips along the way.This is a lead friendly track for dogs. Just be mindful of local animals that make this there home. Make sure to take doggy bags as they aren't provided at the walk.

Definitely an enjoyable 8km walk, can extend to 10 km if continue walking to the end of Kingston Beach. Not “pretty”, but interesting as setting is always changing. Visited Mar 2020, the last 800m near Shot Tower is under reconstruction of the stairs, can be dangerous under wet weather. Will recommended

Alum Cliffs Track — Lookout
Enjoy easy walk with your dog along the cliff. If you start the track from shot tower, at the end you have the reward of Kingston beach. Bring your swim wear that if weather gets warm which rarely happens, swim there and complete your perfect day!
