Dale Air provided & Installed a ducted Reverse Cycle AC system for us.The installation team were extremely polite & friendly & extremely quick & efficient.The team took away all the mess & left our house clean & tidy.The system is working extremely well.Thank you to the team at Dale Air.

Great service from start to finish. All the staff we interacted with along the way were super professional, friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable also considering how much work was involved. A breath of fresh air (pardon the pun), and I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who will listen. Please keep it up—good customer service is a rare thing these days. :)

Starting with Jacob organizing a competitive quote to Alan and Amin installing the new ducted heater, followed up with Paul installing the return filter grill, and organizing the RF controllers, all in good time.....All around great professional service, true to their word and great workmanship. Had a few problems with the quote. They came within a day or 2 of when they promised. They expected payment of the whole amount quoted includeing $1000 Gov subsidy which is paid to them only after quote is accepted. I guess they would refund it? I did not pay it so no guess's needed. The electrician did a great job put tiles back and did everything well. The guy that installed the units was not so good. There was bricks broken that did not need to be. Dyna bolts installed with the wrong sized drill and left lose or without a nut on the bracket. Drains were not done properly. One of the compressors installed on unlevel concrete floor. I have fixed all of these defects myself. It took some prompting to get the certificates and a receipt - which was an invoice saying to pay $1000 owed. Oh, and they left behind 1 pair of pliers, a roll of tape and some PVC cement for pipes. NOT Recommended.

From the moment we were in contact with Dale Air the service received was professional and fast. Josh, the technician who came to our home was great and explained everything well. He was friendly and polite. We were also very impressed to receive photos of what Josh could see and find. Would highly recommend Dale Air.

After buying this reverse cycle air conditioner from Dale Air to replace our old one, we weren’t looking forward to having it installed as my Husband needs to have the heating on. Well, Jackson came to install it, it was like magic. He worked quickly, quietly and very efficiently. He was able to work in the small space installing the outside unit up high on the wall. When Jackson had finished he left everything like it was when he arrived, you would know he had been except the noise of the old one had gone and we were warm. Thank you Jackson and Dale Air, this is our 2nd unit from you and I would recommend you to anyone looking for Air Conditioning.

Excellent serviceWe are very happy with our experience with Dale Air! Patrick came here and gave us a quote, he was very professional, efficient and friendly. The two gentleman who installed the unit for us came in on time, did the work and cleaned up our floor before they left. The price is also very reasonable (1/3 cheaper than our previous quote from another company plus a call out fee). We are very happy, will recommend to my friends and family!
