I dealt with Beacon recently for kitchen repair work and found them fantastic to deal with,particularly Quinton who regularly kept me well informed throughout the process. A very professional and efficient team. Highly recommend B.B.S. Thank you, 5 stars from me

Stay away from these people. They were sent to assess and repair storm damage at my house last December and now in August nothing has been repaired. I now have to have another company come and assessmy house as their assessment was incorrect _ they WILL NOT listen to anything you tell them. Reading the other reviews on here it looks like it's a lucky break for me that they have never been involved in any repairs at my house....

RACV organised this company to fix my garage door, which was damaged and split open. I had my tools in garage,it was needed to be fix asap. person from this company came and told me he is going to organise some one to fix the door same night, nobody came, i called RACV, they tried calling company but could not contact, BBS sent me a text at 9:30 pm told me carpenter will come in the morning, nobody came, instead i received call from carpenter saying he is running late and might not even able to come in the afternoon, I called RACV again because it needed to be done asap. RACV contacted this company again but again no one answered.Than RACV cancelled the repair request from BBS and contacted another building company, they fixed the door with in 2 hrs.Now the carpenter from BBS come at 7 pm, he started swearing at me and called idiot, he was very abrasive because he had to come for no reason. i did not tell him that i dont need him any more.Why the F**k do I need to call him that job was cancel, BBS should have told me that job was cancelled.I pay to RACV to get job done. They arranged some one to get job done.Dont deal with this company, its hard to deal with them, treat me like pig.

Insurance claim and shifty as they come. Really pity those who have to go through using this company. They will do anything to not admit fault and not pay out. They should be on Current Affair for stuff like this, oh wait they are on Current Affair. Look at the reviews, speaks volumes .

This mob was selected by my insurance company to repair floor damage and they have been disastrous since day one. They came weeks if not months later than scheduled, did not clean up, damaged the property and refused to fix what they done. Their repairs failed twice until we basically ask our insurance company to kick them off premises. They attempted to sneak in and caused further damaged. We now are engaging other parties to fix the original problem and the problem caused by this incompetent and lying bunch.

If you're looking for a company that lies to your face, avoids your phone calls and doesn't actually build your house then these are the guys for you. I would give them 5 stars on phone call avoidance alone, they really are pros at it.

If I could give this company -5 stars I would - totally useless tradesmen. Impossible to communicate with the company. Do not under any circumstance use this company - if RACV suggest this company - say no!!! Took months to repair/replace guttering and it’s still leaks - gave up in the end decided would not ever have any one from there come to our house again...

Professional team and very responsible. The job was done efficiently and result is good. Communication is effective- they listen what you want and get it done for you! I wanna to thank Justin especially who make many calls to RACV to speed up this dragging repair, who catch up with me every weekend to suite my time, who sincerely cares from ordering to final checking.

Would not recommend under any circumstances. Just getting them to reply to emails is pretty much impossible and if they are this bad before any work is confirmed, I hate to think how bad they will be on the job. Take your money elsewhere.

The absolute worst in customer service. Took more than 6 months to fix what others estimated could be done in 2. Managers were horrendous and no help, trades were rubbish, bordering on incompetent. Our ins co have now engaged another builder to repair beacons work, a process still continuing a year and a half after the event. If you like your home, I’d recommend that you DO NOT let these people anywhere near it. In short, ask for another builder
