Monday 27 December 9pm, I pull up to the service window to buy cigarettes because I have my dog on leash attached to my bike for our daily run. Instead of making life easy for their customer, the guy refuses to open the latch to service me and yells I have to come inside. Every other person behind that counter serves me at the window but tonight he refused. So i unleash my dog and walk inside and he starts yelling at me to leave my dog outside. I have been to this petrol station 20+ times and they always said please bring your dog inside. This guy on the other hand has different rules and he's yelling at me to leave my dog outside. I tell him that is why I went to the window because I can't leave the dog outside. Very unhappy customer here... You have a service window so why not use it for customers when they really need it. And dogs nowadays are welcome everywhere.

Great easy access. It would be good if the car washing place has been mire modern

Very disappointed with the costumer service this petrol station gives . Especially with assistant manager Pulkit . Very rude and arrogant towards customers . Please teach your stuff in good customer relations and behaviour.As a loyal costumer and business owner thanks to Mr Pulkit and on duty manager Suman Bantu the Caltex petrol station just lost 36 star cards loyal costumers . Very very disappointed in costumer development skills this store has to offer.

It wasn't very good as most off gas pumps where out off Order was very since it was so busy and the had a car parked in one people kept lining up turns it was out off Order instead off having sign so it wasn't good enough

Worst car wash I’ve ever used. Expensive, didn’t even clean my car despite 20 mins of scrubbing away, and my white shirt got stained with blue dye from the foam brush. Absolutely terrible

Petrol prices are always first to go up here and stay up longer then anyone else. Staff (some) don’t even bother to talk when you walk into pay so I walked out and now I don’t go back.

This place is great fast efficient and good staff

Always friendly staff. Easily accessible.

Fell off my bike nearby. Staff pointed me to a tap and provided bandages.
