Admittedly it did take some time to fix and I had to call to follow up. Must be because this place is so popular! However, after that they were super prompt and courteous. Special thank you to Anthony. My mother was very demanding during the pick-up, but he was extremely professional and generous. He went over and beyond with his customer service. Highly recommend this place!!

Don’t waste your time and money on deceptively cheap machines from places like Bunnings.Not only are the products quality but the service you get and the time and expertise they give you to make sure you’re confident with your purchase.The bush ranger product line is the best

Purchased a second hand ride-on. After a few goes it stopped working. On closer inspection the wiring under the hood was in extremely poor condition. After some back and forth Mounty's did offer to repair, however COVID restrictions meant this wasn't able to occur. We got it repaired locally where it turned out most of the wiring needed to be replaced, and an earth wire was missing. Surprised it was sold in that condition.

Unlike other places that slug you on their fees, this place is legit. Had a problem with my lawn mower and Anthony fixed it by recommending getting a minor service done. He even replaced some of the parts by using spare parts he had lying around at no extra cost. The price he quoted me was the final price unlike other places who try and justifying extra costs involve on top of their quotes.Definitely worth recommending Anthony. He is upfront on his recommendations and prices are extremely reasonable.

It’s a really nice place to get your lawn mower repair my husband visited this place twice first for some parts and then our lawn mower need tuning. The owner is a nice man as well. They also sell second hand lawn mowers with reasonable price.

Best mower shop in the area. Priced much more fairly than another local I used to go to ($120 saving on my lawn mower service). These guys are genuine and are always looking out for their customers.
