So happy to be able to post a positive review for Abs and his great team. Contacted him one day and by mid afternoon the next day the job was done leaving me with a beautifully resurfaced and redefined gravelled carpark! The speed with which this was achieved and the level of professional and friendly service demonstrated makes my head spin…speaking as one who had been waiting and waiting for someone else who had contracted to do the job! I called Abs and team for the second time for new colorbond fence installation. The old fence was completely rotten and covered with thick plants.He excavated everything from the roots with clean up and built the new fence with high quality work and skills.

Another fantastic job by Abs and his team. After his excellent job with my landscaping, I have had many internal job completed by him.I have had new floor tiling layed by his team. They look amazing and have completely transformed the look of my house. He is always fantastic at his after care, tidy ups and he was even able to help me move some of my heavy furniture so the job could be done.They also fitted a new guttering drain to fix my water leaking problems, also cleaned and balanced my existing pipes one of which was completely blocked up.i also had them put up a new pool fence which looks great.They also did a full house maintenance sweep on my house, including sealing and fixing all my eves and roof corners.What else, so much he has done. I have had Abs patch some holes and plaster over an old exhaust fan. He replaced my front door handle as well which has annoyed everyone who has used it for the last three years.Just write a big list of things to do an Abs will sort you out.

Contacted ‘Act house & landscaping maintenance’ and by mid-afternoon the next day Abs came over to assess the requirement. To put into context, our retaining wall on the back of our house was very weak and not serving its purpose, which was built eight years ago. The whole retaining wall had to be removed and built again from scratch. Our backyard also needed to be renovated to be usable. Abs provided good ideas, designs and landscaping advice. He was of great help, gave us very good understanding of what to do, gave us the options we had and explained the benefits and drawback of each option which greatly helped us to make decisions. Gave us quote on the same day. Abs was very prompt and courteous in first responding to my request for a quote, and afterwards very responsive to all our queries.During the process few minor changes had to be made that were dealt with quickly and when the team ran into issues (plumbing related issues) they resolved them quickly. He also helped us to get a part of our drainage system fixed.Abs and his team were fantastic. Efficient and effective work, everything was done with great quality. They always kept us in the loop of what needed to be done. Very open and friendly and provided required clarifications and advises where required.Abs coordinated a range of services to get a number of odd and difficult jobs done and made the whole thing no hassle.We will definitely be using them again.
