Refused to fix extremely dangerous items such as a cracked stove top which eventually exploded just missing my grandson, which could have given him life threatening burns. Also refused to fix rotted wood on balcony which had to be blocked off to stop any falls. Reported to Fair Trading, who confirmed the seriousness of the situation.
