Helpful staff but limited range of bikes in the expensive end of bikes. Plenty of cheaper knockabouts.

Hi , I am visiting from Tassie ,my parents who now live in Isabella Plains with my car and electric bike! I was having trouble with my front brake and called by to have a chat. They said bring it in and we will advise what to do, By the way this was on Saturday. 2 hours later I took it in and Stuart fixed it all in about 10 minutes. We would not take any payment and I am most impressed.Best wishes to a great and fun businessMartin.

The opening hours of this bike shop are stated as being until 6pm on Fridays. However on Friday the 7th of April I walked form my office to repair one of my childrens bike tyres, at 4:35, I found the shop already closed. I subsequently attempted to call the shop - of course no answer.That is poor service - I shall not return.

The guys took the time to help my boy chose a bike that would suit him the best, they were more than happy to drag any bike off display to let him have a go. Thanks
